Our office staff and administration is more than capably managed by our Practice Manager, Anne Everett.
Having worked in the private sector for over 25 years, she has expertise in managing teams of people as well as small or large client projects.
Apart from the day to day operations, the role is responsible for project setup, coordinating and administrating psychometric testing both for individuals and large groups. This includes the Senior Executive and Managerial development assessments, our Recruitment selection testing, Organisation wide culture surveys and the High Performing Teams surveys. Anne also manages and supports organisations with psychosocial hazard surveys (included People at Work) to assist clients implement and understand the risks within the organisation. All learning and development programs are administered by Anne as well.
